Delivery

We use a 'Signed For' service for our deliveries which ensures orders are traceable.

Free delivery is economy 3-5 days from despatch however if you require a quicker service please select from the drop down box at the checkout stage where an additional cost will apply. We will drop you an email as soon as the item is despatched.

Please note free delivery (or the other options) are for addresses in the UK only. If you wish for an item to be shipped to an overseas address, please contact us and we will advise you of the additional cost.

We aim to have orders ready for despatch within 5 working days of receipt of order, In most cases, items will be despatched much quicker especially if they are a stock item but we will most definitely notify you if there is likely to be a problem.

Returns Policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to cancel your purchase up to 14 days after receipt however this does not apply to bespoke/made to order items if we have started to make the order. For bespoke/made to order items, we will contact you prior to despatch and at stages if necessary with a picture of the image to ensure you are happy with it or if any amendments need to be made prior to sending out, however if it does turn out you are unhappy with your purchase on receipt then please do get in touch and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

Orders for ready made items can be cancelled or if they have already been despatched, returned for a full refund within 14 working days of receipt provided they are unused, sealed in their original packaging and suitable for resale. A full refund for postage will not be given once the item has been despatched where the customer has requested non standard/faster delivery - only the free delivery portion will be refunded, the difference will not. Return postage will not be refunded. Items MUST be returned via a trackable method ie Royal Mail signed for. If the item arrived damaged, photographic evidence MUST be provided with 48 hours of receiving the goods via a suitable contactable method. You can either request a replacement or a full refund will be given.

PLEASE NOTE: By placing an order you are also confirming acceptance of the above.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Distance Selling Directive. Products (with the exception of made to order items which cannot be cancelled or returned) must be returned unused, in a suitable condition for resale and via a trackable delivery medium. If you are an organisation which operates a purchase order system please contact us prior to ordering.
